Beyond her professional accomplishments, Aleathia’s personal experiences have shaped her mission. Witnessing close friends struggle with the devastating loss of their spouses and the subsequent overwhelming paperwork, coupled with her own journey through divorce, Aleathia recognized a critical gap in support for women facing life-altering transitions.
This insight led to the creation of After Marriage Advisors in 2024, an organization dedicated to providing comprehensive support for women navigating loss and life rebuilding. Aleathia’s vision for After Marriage Advisors is to serve as a beacon of hope and practical assistance, combining her business acumen with a deep understanding of the emotional and logistical challenges women face during major life transitions.
Andrea Suarez, CMO & Co-Founder
Andrea has dedicated her almost 20-year career as an employment attorney to helping clients navigate complex legal challenges while offering steady counsel through emotionally charged situations. Throughout her practice, she has learned that empathy, resilience, and a clear roadmap can transform even the most daunting experiences into manageable opportunities for growth.
This professional experience became deeply personal when Andrea found herself navigating the end of a long-term marriage. It was a journey that tested every part of her, but it also opened her eyes to the immense value of a supportive community.
